Accessories shipped by our suppliers
Accessories are supplied through each product’s supplier. Destinations, shipping costs and delivery options depend on the items and the delivery address; they are confirmed before payment. Orders involving several suppliers may be shipped separately and incur combined shipping charges. The Wallbox rates and delivery times below apply to the chargers, not to all accessories.
Information specific to Wallbox chargers
We send Wallbox Pulsar Max chargers to the destinations in Spain enabled in the purchase process. Availability and final cost for your address are shown before you pay.
Shipping modalities and costs
- Standard Shipping: €5.40 on orders less than €300. Free on orders of €300 or more.
- Express shipping: €8.20. Free standard shipping from €300 does not include express shipping.
The available modalities and the costs applicable to your order and address are confirmed during the purchase process, before payment.
Preparation and estimated deadlines
Order preparation requires 1 business day. Once prepared and delivered to the carrier, the estimated transit is 1 to 3 business days in standard and of 1 to 2 business days in express. Adding preparation and transportation, the total estimated time is 2 to 4 business days in standard and of 2 to 3 business days in express.
The price of the equipment includes VAT, but does not include installation, external electrical protections or additional accessories. If you need information about a specific destination or a transportation incident, write to us at info@chargefactory.es. For returns, see the return policy.
Order deadline: 20:00, Madrid time. Preparation and transportation are calculated from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received after 20:00, on a weekend or on a holiday are processed from the next business day.
